This package includes an extensive support plan aimed at fostering proactive health measures. Please note that any recommended supplements or additional laboratory tests will incur separate fees. During these sessions, we will conduct an in-depth review of the health assessment forms submitted in advance, provide a thorough overview of functional nutrition principles, and evaluate all relevant laboratory tests, medications, and supplements. Furthermore, this package encompasses two 30-minute follow-up consultations to ensure ongoing support.

Review of Medications/Supplements
This 30-minute consultation offers a thorough evaluation of all supplements and medications currently in use. During this session, you will receive personalized recommendations that align with your individual health needs and objectives. The primary goal of this meeting is to ensure you possess a comprehensive understanding of the supplements and medications you are utilizing, including their benefits and any potential interactions, along with any changes you and I would like to make to better support you. My commitment is to furnish you with precise information, empowering you to make informed decisions about your health regimen.

Review of Labs
A thorough assessment of labs will be performed, accompanied by customized recommendations based on the laboratory findings.
Each session is allocated a duration of one hour at a cost of $100.
Membership
Three-month membership: Includes five 30 minute follow-up coaching sessions. Six-month membership: Includes ten 30 minute follow-up coaching sessions.
Membership services additionally encompass a laboratory assessment as well as a thorough review of medications and supplements.

Special Needs
As a parent of children with special needs, specifically those diagnosed with Down Syndrome and autism, I have developed a profound understanding of the complexities related to behavioral issues, gastrointestinal health, and nutritional deficiencies, among other concerns. I have personally undertaken the journey to identify effective solutions, often encountering challenges in gaining the necessary support. I recognize and empathize with the experiences and concerns you may face. This program is designed as a comprehensive 16-week initiative that addresses all dimensions of wellness, including emotional management, nutritional strategies, dietary considerations, supplementation, and support for both gut and brain health.
The total investment for participation in this program is $600, which includes a one-month supply of a recommended supplement. Please be aware that any additional recommended laboratory tests or supplements will incur extra charges.
