Premier Case Review (PCR)

The PCR comprises two one-hour sessions.

The initial session is focused on conducting a thorough health history assessment. Following this assessment, I will carefully review all relevant laboratory results and your health history to identify potential factors impacting your health. Subsequently, I will compile my recommendations, which will be discussed in the subsequent session.

The second session entails a comprehensive Health & Wellness Nutritional Counseling discussion, during which we will address your specific challenges, present my findings and recommendations, and outline the next steps in your wellness journey.

The total fee for this comprehensive service is $320

Counseling Session Individual & Bundles

Engage in a 30 to 40-minute coaching session, specifically tailored to enhance and expand upon the action plan established during the Premier Case Review. This session will encompass various modifications to the program, including but not limited to adjustments in dietary guidance, nutritional advice, and lifestyle enhancements. This is designed to be a continuous support initiative. Please note that any suggested supplements or laboratory tests will be subject to additional fees.

Fee Structure: - Single Session: $80 - Bundle of 3 Sessions: $220 - Bundle of 6 Sessions: $425

Premier Case Review plus Counseling Bundle

I recognize that many individuals face complex health challenges, including autoimmune disorders and chronic inflammation. It is widely acknowledged that the process of healing or alleviating these conditions often requires an extended timeframe. To address this, I have developed a comprehensive year-long program. This program encompasses the PCR assessment, eleven in-person counseling sessions, and one to two online educational classes. Additionally, participants will receive forty tailored recipes along with a two-month meal plan customized to their specific needs.

The total investment for this Comprehensive Session Bundle is $1,050.00, payable in full unless alternative payment arrangements have been established in advance.

Review of Labs

For individuals who are only interested in a review of laboratory results and basic modifications, I provide a comprehensive evaluation of laboratory findings, along with a basic recommendation based on the lab findings only. However, I strongly recommend engaging in the Premier Review Case, which encompasses a detailed examination of lab results and contributes to improved health outcomes.

Each session is conducted over one hour and is priced at $100.

Package

A comprehensive collection of forty curated recipes will be specifically designed to meet your individual nutritional needs, taking into account various dietary considerations, including food sensitivities, hormonal equilibria, and autoimmune disorders, among others.

The fee for this service is $50, or $30 when purchased alongside a counseling session.
